The Ethereum-based cryptocurrency Chainlink (LINK) has experienced a price rally since the beginning of the year, for which there were various reasons. The Best Performing Cryptocurrency in 2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n

According to Nicholas Merten, a crypto YouTuber, a bull run is currently brewing, which will particularly favor altcoins. On his YT channel \u201cDataDash\u201d, Merten highlighted the altcoin Chainlink in his new video<\/a>. This altcoin already made headlines in 2019 and was one of the best performing cryptocurrencies<\/a>. Last year, LINK recorded by far the largest increase with a price gain of 586%. <\/p>\n

Chainlink continues its price rally this year as well: In recent weeks, the ERC20 token rose from $1.84 to $4.34 (as of February 16), which means that the all-time high of the previous year has already been exceeded.
