DeutschICOs, or Initial Coin Offerings, are often referred to as the equivalent of a classic IPO in the crypto market. As part of an ICO, i.e. the initial issuance of new currencies, publishers offer investors the chance to become first-hour buyers. In the past, however, ICOs have also promoted a lot of fraud and scam projects. This is because, unlike classic IPOs, there are no regulatory requirements or bodies.
